Established in 2008, Demtac was founded by its President & Ceo Tom Yialias. With his knowledge of running large scale projects for NYC Transit and the SCA, as well as numerous commercial and residential projects, Demtac opened it's doors as a subcontractor. Since then Demtac Contracting Corp. has been involved in over 50+ project in both the public and private sector.
